Privacy policy

Last updated: [DATE]. Short version: we collect the minimum to sell you the game and run co-op, and we don't sell your data. (Unlike the stake, your data actually is not for sale.)

TEMPLATE, NOT LEGAL ADVICE. This is a starting draft written for Little King Studio. Review it (ideally with a lawyer or a generator such as Termly/iubenda), fill in every [BRACKETED] field, and remove this notice before taking real payments.

Who we are

thatsnotforsale.com and the game That's Not For Sale are operated by [LEGAL NAME / Little King Studio], [ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. Contact: support@thatsnotforsale.com.

Who we share with

Only service providers who help us run the store and the game: Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting), [Upstash / Supabase] (purchase records), [Resend] (email), [Railway] (co-op relay). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We don't sell or rent personal data.

How long we keep it

Purchase records: as long as needed to provide downloads and for tax law (typically [7] years). Relay logs: up to [7] days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA) you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing. Email support@thatsnotforsale.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
