1. Who you're buying from
Direct sales on thatsnotforsale.com are made by [LEGAL NAME / Little King Studio], [ADDRESS]. Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases on Steam are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement instead.
2. What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install and play That's Not For Sale for non-commercial purposes, plus the Early Access updates we release. You don't buy the game's copyright, characters or assets.
3. Early Access
The game is in active development. Features, content and balance will change, and you may run into bugs. Saves may occasionally need to be reset between major versions; we'll warn you in the patch notes.
4. Videos and streams
You may stream, record and monetize videos of the game. You may not redistribute the game files or sell license keys.
5. Online co-op
Co-op is provided as-is and may be unavailable at times. Don't use it to harass other players, cheat in other people's sessions, or attack our servers. We may suspend access for abuse.
6. Prices, taxes and refunds
Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
7. Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, the game is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
